Mustafa Horton is a creative design leader with over 15 years of experience in driving visual excellence, brand growth, and cross-platform engagement for Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and startups. He proves a strong ability to lead teams, deliver award-winning campaigns, and develop cohesive brand systems that expand reach. Additionally, he spent 7 years working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, residing in Riyadh, KSA, and Dubai, UAE.

Furthermore, he is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of the international nonprofit creative studio United Colors of Design (UCoD). UCoD hosts a regular speaking series titled “Leadership in Design,” which explores how visionary leadership shapes the future of creativity, innovation, and design. UCoD also organizes a one-day creative event called “Design Intersect”, aimed at sparking dialogue, igniting imagination, and fostering collaboration across various design fields. Attendees gain valuable insights into how diverse perspectives can foster innovation, creativity, and long-term success.

In June 2025, Mustafa completed an Executive MBA from Future London Academy.
